In osteoarthritis you can have hard nodules in you DIP and PIP joints of the hands. They are termed Heberden and Bouchard nodes respectively. Think of where they are: heberden are high, and bouchard are at the bottom. Mnemonic from Dr. Suffiya Hussain!
