Scleroderma Treatment

Before treating scloerderma, you need to see if is cutaneous (diffuse vs limited) or systemic, and see which organ systems are involved. Much of scleroderma is symptomatic treatment, but there is pharmacological treatment depending on the organ involved. It is important to treat scleroderma ASAP as it is progressive.
