Sjogrens

This visual is to help keep track of important features of Sjogren's disease. The main symptoms include dry eyes and dry mouth. Other manifestation to be aware of include arthralgias, neuropathy, RTA, interstitial nephritis, ILD and thyroid manifestations. Cutaneous manifestations can include cutaneous vasculitis, annular erythema, purpura and more. It's important to assess for indolent symptoms (fatigue, fevers, night sweats, and weight loss) in these patients because they have an increased risk of non-hodgkins lymphoma. Anti La/SSB antibody, and Anti Ro/SSA antibody are associated with Sjogrens.
